HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Please email us at Sales@LittleTinyWaist.com. We are open Mon-Fri from 10 am-5:00pm EST. Please allow us 48-72hours to respond to all emails.
I do not have a PayPal account, can I still make a purchase?
• You will automatically be directed to PayPal at check out but a PayPal account is not necessary. Simply input all information(Billing/Shipping address, Select Paypal as payment method then select "Place order"
You will be directed to paypal page, select "Pay with card" If you do not have a PayPal account.
Is your site secure?
•Yes. All credit card information is encrypted across a secure line.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
• We hope you love your purchase from Little Tiny Waist
However, we will be happy to Exchange items for another product or a store credit. The Product must be in original condition with all tags attached.In the event of receiving a damaged/wrong size product, we request that you contact us (via email w/ attached pictures) within the first 72 hours from the time of confirmed tracking delivery. After the initial 72 hours, we will not be able to assist with a replacement product.
What if I need to change my order after I hit "Submit"?
• Email us at Sales@littletinywaist.com As long as the order hasn't gotten too far along in processing, We should be able to modify it for you so it isn't further delayed. Please give us 24 hours to reply.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
• Yes. We offer worldwide shipping.
Why haven't I received an email regarding my order?
•There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering emails from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you. To ensure our emails always reach you, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
How long will it take to receive my order?
• Please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International orders takes 10-20 business days for standard shipping depending on your country (Canada and the UK takes 10-15 days).
Please note we have no control on how long your government takes to clear packages at customs. Please allow time necessary for products to be cleared.

If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my store credit?
• When we receive your item, we will notify you via email that you provided to us.

Is waist training safe?
Yes waist training is 100% safe. The only time a person becomes at risk if they are wearing an incorrect size. For example a person that fits a XL and is wearing a size small waist cincher.
